A devotional journey toward stillness, trust, and God's nearness in every storm.
"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
Isaiah 40:31
Waiting is perhaps the hardest spiritual discipline of all. But Isaiah does not say those who rush will be renewed. He says those who wait. There is something formed in the waiting that cannot be formed any other way — a patient trust, a deepened hope.
Name one thing you have been waiting on God for. Write a short prayer of surrender about it, releasing the timeline into His hands.
