A devotional journey toward stillness, trust, and God's nearness in every storm.
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen."
2 Corinthians 4:17-18
What we see is temporary. What we cannot see — the character of God, the eternal weight of His promises, the hope beyond this life — is permanent. When the present feels unbearably heavy, fixing our eyes on the unseen does not deny reality; it enlarges it.
Write down one "seen" thing that is currently troubling you. Then write one "unseen" promise of God that speaks directly to it.
